Shipping & Returns

US Shipping

M'RHEN offers complimentary express shipping to (and returns from) addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please note once an order is placed it is not possible to amend it.

International Shipping

M'RHEN offers complimentary International DHL Express shipping on all orders. For non-US countries, duties and taxes are not included in the product price and will be collected at checkout on behalf of your national tax/customs authorities. 

Estimated Order Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days. During launches or special collections, processing time may extend to 3 business days. Depending on your location, estimated delivery time can range from 2 - 7 business days.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your M’RHEN purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the policy below.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Returned items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns are subject to inspection and acceptance at the sole discretion of M’RHEN.

Process

  1. Submit a return request by on our returns portal within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions and (if applicable) a return shipping label.

  3. Following inspection and acceptance, you will receive confirmation by email that your refund or merchandise credit has been issued.

  4. Please allow up to 21 business days from our receipt of your return for processing.

Condition of Returns

  • Items that do not meet the above eligibility criteria may, at our discretion:

    1. Be returned to you at your expense; or

    2. Have a fee deducted from your refund or credit to cover the costs of cleaning, repair, and/or replacement.

Responsibility for Return Shipping

  • Domestic returns: To initiate a domestic return, please visit our returns portal to access and print your pre-paid UPS return label.

  • International returns: To initiate an international return, please visit our returns portal to print your return label and schedule a pick-up. International orders are not eligible for complimentary returns, and a 35 USD shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, or as a merchandise credit upon request.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Depending on your bank, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
